Be sure and believe that everything will be fine!

In the last Communication Skills (CS) lesson, our professor showed us a video by Amy Cuddy in which she said one interesting thing about  "being sure that everything will be fine". So today i would like to tell you some of my thoughts about this phrase.

First of all i'm agree with everything what Amy Cuddy said in her video(check this link).
This thing about being sure in yourself is very useful "tool" in order to do things or communicate with people. In my opinion the person who is doing something which involves (CS) and not only it, has to be sure that he or she can do it for 100%. As an example i want to say that if a person, who is coming for test, job interview or something else, saying that he/she is going to fail it(or even think about it) this person will fail with 99% guarantee. Because when you convince yourself that you can't do that or another thing, your brain will say to your body that it's not possible to do.

On the other hand people who are too proud of them selves and always saying that they can do things easily will also fail, because no matter how you are saying things, the most important thing is to not say is to do things and to believe that everything what are you doing will be fine.

So in my evaluation i would like to say that every single person in the world can do things, if this person can believe himself. But you also has to be careful with fake feeling of your ego, that you can be the best. The best can be the person who believes in itself and not "showing off" this quality.

And in order to finish this post i would like you think about yourself, and i want you to start believe in yourself.

Also if you want to find out how to believe in yourself, you can watch this YouTube video by
